budget within overall data centre budget

- Building contractors to demolish Leslie Martin site and begin new building

- Basement concrete due to be poured by the last week of November 2009
- Expected confirmation of VAT status from Her Majesty's Revenue and Customs
- Agree raised floor specification and feeding of power and data
