Address-book conversion

If you are transferring from one email system to another, you will probably need to perform a conversion operation on your existing email address-book for it to be useable by the new system. In some cases, the conversion may be direct; in other cases it may be via an intermediate format such as a tab-delimited or comma-separated file.
