1. Start Entourage, locate the suspected hoax message and open it by double-clicking on it.

  2. From the menu bar at the top of the screen, click on Message and then select [Internet Headers] as shown below..

  3. This displays the full headers on the screen. You can now select and copy this text and then paste it into a new message to phishing@it.ox.ac.uk
