An online price guide for common repairs/upgrades is available and a service enquiry generally follows these steps:
- Fill in the Enquiry Form below
- We will reply via email, generally within two working days, providing a preliminary diagnosis and quote, as well as the estimated time required to order parts, if any.
- Reply to our email if you would like to proceed with the work, and we will suggest a time for you to drop off your equipment and provide an estimate of when it will be ready.
- Before your equipment can be dropped off or any parts ordered, payment of a non-refundable minimum labour charge of £30 including VAT is required via the OUCS On-line Shop. This will be deducted from the total cost of any work carried out but remains with us to cover administrative, preparatory and diagnostic work if you decide not to proceed after a firm quote is made.
- If it becomes apparent that the work will cost more than the preliminary quote, we will inform you and await approval.
