| Symptom |
Error message "Run-time error '70': Permission denied" attempting to install TSM Client Software |
| Cause |
The user does not have sufficient access rights on the client to extract the files |
| Resolution |
The installation of the TSM Client requires a minimum of "Power User" access right to complete the installation successfully
, therefore you will need to do one of the following to complete the installation process:
- Login with user account with Administrator access rights and re-run the download and extraction of the TSM Installation Software
- Use the Runas command to run the installation under an account with Administrator privileges
