If you have version 6 of the TSM client the scheduler daemon is stopped with

 svcadm disable dsmsched
For earlier versions the command is
 svcadm disable dsmcad

If you wish to permanently remove the scheduler daemon so it doesn't restart at next boot run

 svccfg delete svc:/network/dsmsched:default
for TSM version 6 clients or
for earlier versions.

You can check that you have successfully stopped the TSM scheduler service by using the checking instructions from our page on checking the TSM scheduler on Solaris.
