The latest HFS TSM Windows client is available to download in both Windows 32-bit and Windows 64-bit versions. Most new computers run 64-bit versions of Windows, but if you have an old machine it is likely to be 32-bit. If you are unsure about your version, you can check which you are running by following the instructions on the Microsoft page entitled Is my PC running the 32-bit or 64-bit version of Windows?.
Upgrading? If you already have TSM installed and want to upgrade or reinstall it, then please follow the instructions below. There is no need to remove the existing TSM version that you already have before upgrading.
Restoring non-Windows data? If you are installing TSM because you need to restore data backed up from a Mac or Linux machine, please note that this is not possible with TSM for Windows - you need to restore your data to the same type of system as the one that you used to back it up. Please see further our FAQ item How do I perform a restore?.
