The cost of each course is indicated in the course description. Some courses are free such as WISER, Fundamentals, byte-size etc.
1. Cash and Cheque
Course registration will be open 15 minutes before the start of each course to take payments. Cash or cheques are acceptable. Cheques should be made payable to IT Services and can be for more than one course if you wish.
2. Purchase Order
Purchase orders are accepted providing the value is £10 or more. You can include multiple courses and several attendees on a single purchase order.
Purchase orders must contain details of the course(s) and attendee(s). For example:
Access: Database Structure, 2 April, Jane Smith
PowerPoint: Getting the message across, 3 April, Tom Brown
Purchase orders should be made out to COMPUTING SERVICES.
Please organise your Purchase Order in advance of the first course and bring it with you. Alternatively, you can send a printed copy to us or email us with the Purchase Order number (please include the attendee(s) name and course(s) in the email).
Please note: If you are an Administrator in a department/unit which has a number of staff attending courses please contact us to discuss the best way to arrange the Purchase Order.

3. Courses Requiring Pre-payment
Some courses require pre-payment and you will be notified by email regarding how to do this. We will offer the facility of payment by cash, cheque, Purchase Order or via the online shop using a credit/debit card for these courses.
