this allows you to see the setup wizard and Demo Wifi Controller.

Unzip the folder found at 

http://www.oucs.ox.ac.uk/its3/seminar-notes/uidemo_9.5.0.0_CL138830.zip

keeping the directory stucture intact, then to run through the setup wizard, 
in a command prompt they change to the directory 

<install-path>\uidemo\bin and run the program “uidemo.bat” 
(or create a shortcut)

then point their browser at http://127.0.0.1:8000.

if after the first time you have used the setup wizard then 
just go straight to the admin WebUI by running “webs.exe” 
in the command prompt instead.
