The Computing Services offers a number of services for the
repair and upgrade of personal computers:
- Computer Hardware Breakdown Service: this is available for equipment that is in full working order. It is similar to insurance in as much as a single, modest annual payment provides for the onsite repair of personal computers and peripherals, normally within 48 hours.
- Hardware Repairs and Upgrade Service: repairs are available for equipment which cannot be repaired under the terms of the Personal Computer Breakdown Service. Hardware upgrades are also available.
Remember, even better than a cure is prevention of problems!
