If you wish to connect to Nexus with IMAP, use the information below. What details you need and where you add them depends on the email program you are using. Incoming:

• Server name: imap.nexus.ox.ac.uk
• User/account name: your Single Sign-On/Nexus account name (i.e oucs1234)
• Port: 993 (143 will work as well)
• Security setting: SSL or TLS (If you chose port 143 ABOVE, then STARTTLS may be the option available which will work).
• Email address: Your Oxford address, for example joe.bloggs@unit.ox.ac.uk
• Authentication method: Normal Password

Outgoing:

• Server name: smtp.ox.ac.uk
• User/account name: your Single Sign-On/Nexus account name (i.e oucs1234)
• Port: 587
• Security setting: STARTTLS or SSL/TLS
• Email address: Your Oxford address, for example joe.bloggs@unit.ox.ac.uk
• Authentication method: Normal Password
