A summary of user support responsibilities can be found in the Nexus SLD in sections 2 and 3

Generally IT Services may provide:
  • Standard training courses for departmental/college groups
  • Web-based documentation on configuring software for use with Nexus
  • Web-based documentation on using Nexus
  • Second and third-line support services via the IT Services Helpdesk and Nexus Team, after first-line support has been supplied by local ITSS
  • (There are also some historical, post-Herald, slide decks which may assist with custom training by the unit)
