5. User Support
A summary of user support responsibilities can be found in the Nexus SLD in sections 2.3 and 3
Generally OUCS will provide:
- Standard training courses for departmental/college groups
- Slide decks to allow custom training by the unit
- Web-based documentation on configuring software for use with Nexus
- Web-based documentation on using Nexus
- Second and third-line support services, after first-line support has been supplied by local ITSS, via the OUCS Helpdesk and Nexus Team
