A summary of user support responsibilities can be found in the Nexus SLD in sections 2.3 and 3

Generally OUCS will provide:
  • Standard training courses for departmental/college groups
  • Slide decks to allow custom training by the unit
  • Web-based documentation on configuring software for use with Nexus
  • Web-based documentation on using Nexus
  • Second and third-line support services, after first-line support has been supplied by local ITSS, via the OUCS Helpdesk and Nexus Team
