5. Using the Global address book
In the directory where it installed your Mail for Exchange
program there will be another program called Comp. Dir (short
for Company Directory). Select the program to open it. It will offer
you a box to put in a search string, where you can search by name. It will come up
any matches, and you can view the person's email address and department and even send
them an email directly from it.
