4. Running multiple Nexus mailboxes under one profile

If you are the owner of more than one Nexus account it is possible to see all of them under a single profile. To configure this folow the steps below:

Open Outlook 2007 and click on the [Tools] Menu,then click [Account Settings].

The Account Settings screen appears. Click on Change… .

In the Change E-mail Account window, click on More Settings… to open a window entitled Microsoft Exchange screen.

In the Microsoft Exchange window, click on the [Advanced] tab.

Please note: theCached Exchange Mode Settings in the [Advanced] tab. These are the recommended settings.

Click the Add... button and type in the email address of the additional email account. Click OK to return to the Microsoft Exchange window.

When you return to the Microsoft Exchange window, click OK again to close the window. You are now returned to the Change E-Mail Account window.

In the Change E-Mail Account window, click Next and Finish to complete the configuration.

The additional mailbox will appear below the primary mailbox.
