IT Officers’ Holiday Cover Service
IT Officers are critical to the running of IT services in their departments / colleges and so the consequences of even the smallest problem can be magnified during their absence. The provision of cover is essential to the users’ needs - and the IT Officer’s peace of mind!
NSMS will take the reins during annual leave or any absences. We can be on call for server management, password resets, misbehaving backups, failed workstations, etc.; NSMS can be on-site when we are needed. We have a tiered call out system to ensure that your department gets the right help at the right time and we are a phone call away if there is a crisis. With sufficient advance notice we can arrange for NSMS staff to cover certain time periods, regardless of whether or not a problem has been experienced.
