OUCS will provide free computing facilities to any student club, society or publication registered with the Proctors. Follow the appropriate link below for details of the exact facilities and the registration requirements. It is not usually possible to provide accounts for any other type of club (contact the OUCS Registration Manager in the first instance, but the agreement of the Vice-Chancellor would probably need to be obtained). The University does not offer "club" accounts for Sport or Society sections within the University Club.

RENEWALS - IMPORTANT.

You must contact OUCS Registration to renew any OUCS computer account for your Society, Club or Publication. Simply renewing your registration with the Proctors, Clubs Committee or Sports Federation is not enough. OUCS must have explicit confirmation that you wish to continue using OUCS facilities.
