Introduction

For many years OUCS has been using the University Card itself, and the status on the University Card in particular, to determine access to Computing resources. This page is to document the current processes which are applied.

The University Card provides a clear authorized route for a unit to declare the relationship a person has with them. If there is no room on the card to hold say a extra dept or college, then the local IT can request that the affiliation be approved by contacting registration@oucs.ox.ac.uk and additional email addresses for example can be set up.
