As you have returned your contract we are now able to provide you with the information 
you need to activate your Oxford Single Sign-on account and email address. 

To activate your account, go to https://webauth.ox.ac.uk/ and select option A. You will 
need your last name, date of birth and the following data: 

Your student number is: 123032 

Your Oxford Username is: spir5225 

Your Account activation code is: XXGU-BONL-YNUU (valid until 18-aug-2012)
 
PLEASE NOTE : YOU CAN ONLY ACTIVATE YOUR ACCOUNT ONCE. 

Once you have activated your account you can start using your University mailbox at 
https://nexus.ox.ac.uk/, Weblearn at https://weblearn.ox.ac.uk/, and find out your 
email address at https://register.oucs.ox.ac.uk/self/user_info

PLEASE NOTE THAT IT IS A UNIVERSITY REQUIREMENT THAT YOU REGULARLY MONITOR EMAIL SENT 
TO YOUR UNIVERSITY EMAIL ADDRESS.

We are changing to IT Services...
On 1st August 2012, the University of Oxford.s three central IT
departments, which include Oxford University Computing Services (OUCS),
will be merging into one department, called IT Services. The purpose of
the change is to provide better, more coherent services to the
University. It will take at least a year before the process of
integrating the departments is fully achieved. You are likely to notice
some changes over time, such as email addresses changing to @it.ox.ac.uk
and the new name and logo starting to appear on printed materials.
Please bear with us during this transition, which will include the
creation of a new IT Services website and a single Helpdesk.
