Notes on Card Data


Number of current people in the University based in the University Card.

It is the best indicator we have for the composition of the collegiate university 
as it include all sorts of people who may not be represented in the data sources 
of payroll or student records.

Card has up to one dept and one college- undergraduates have only a college, 
some staff will have a dept only, others a dept and a college. In the analysis
of Dept vs Colleges- some people will be included twice.

Only people current at the time of analysis have been included ie the completion
date has not past.
