| Notes | Peter was injured in the leg during the Dardenelles campaign and consequently as a result of this injury left the army. However after receiving a white feather in Leith Walk (alleging cowardice)he went to Dalmony Street (recruiting centre) and volunteered again. Unfortunately he was injured again and lost an eye. |
