Page details
Medical history
The pension records at Ancestry.co.uk contain a wealth of medical information for the servicemen whose records survive. At their most detailed the medical history will include innoculations, injuries and personal details, which may not survive in other papers - including physical description and place of birth. Where it survives a Casualty Form (Active Service), for example, includes other military details like date of enlistment, prior job, active service appointments.
