| Notes | The 7th Manchester produced a newspaper for a while. There were six editions, of which I have three and the museum at Ashton Town Hall has some too. Between us we have material from all six. Editor's Comment: Copies of 'The Seventh Manchester Sentry', No. 1, 9th January 1915; No. 4, 8th April 1916. Pte. 2393 John Clarke Morten, 1/7th Bn. Manchester Regiment, was commissioned Second Lieutenant and later attached to the Royal Air Force. |
