This is the remaining plaque. the other, with T.E.Borrill's name inscribed, went 'missing' about 10 years ago. T.E. Borill worked at Reckitt and Colamn, Hull. Lance Corporal Thomas Edgar Borrill (1897-1917), service no. 30938, 2/8th Battalion, Sherwood Foresters (Notts Derby Regt.). Picture taken January 2006. |
